Over the weekend, pop singer/newlywed Mariah Carey was spotted hard at work in the Island State of Hawaii filming a new music video.
And the “Touch My Body” babe looked sexy in her skimpy strapless black two-piece bathing suit and a curly hairdo as she primped in between takes.
Mariah’s new hubby Nick Cannon was also spotted in Hawaii’s capital city of Honolulu arriving on a plane to meet up with his new wife.
And speaking of Cannon, his former fiancé Selita Ebanks recently spoke out regarding Nick’s marriage to Mariah. She told press that she is “truly happy” for them, adding, “I think it’s amazing when two people find love and they just know. It’s a very blissful thing. You can’t hate on love.”
Given her budding romance with Kanye West, it must be a bit easier for Ebanks to have such an optimistic perspective on love!

We were able to snap a few XCLUSIVE pix of Mariah Carey shooting the steamy, Chris Applebaum-directed video for "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time", slated to be the third single taken from E=MC2. Mariah's hubby Nick Cannon was present on set too - although with his sensationally sexy wife strutting her stuff in such a skimpy little bikini, who could stay away?

There was a version of the remix of Usher’s “Love in This Club” on tap that was almost completely different than the one actually released. We almost heard Usher trying to have sex in the nightspot with Mariah Carey instead of Beyoncé.
“At the time, it was conveyed to me that it was supposed to be Usher, Mariah Carey and me,” Plies told us about how he laid two verses for a remix to the hit single. “Obviously, that was a no-brainer as far as putting down what I had to do. … I sent two verses to them. Then I get a call from a friend of mine at a radio station that they was getting ready to go with the record, but the version they had didn’t have me on it.”
Of course, the version that went to radio featured Usher, Beyoncé and Lil Wayne.
“For me, I never allow myself to ever take anything personal in this business,” he explained record. “I know a lot of times [there’s] so much political stuff tied into a decision. It was good [for] me, because I got a call from Usher, and he let me know he was clear about the situation. He loved the verse, he loved the record, but on their end, they ended up going with the version they went with. For Usher to even consider me to be a part of the situation, that was good enough for me.”

Adam Sandler notoriously shuns the print press while promoting his films because he doesn't usually need to pull out all the stops. Faithful fans will typically follow him anywhere. In the past five years alone, the comedian has notched five $100+ million-grossing films.
Mr. Sandler's latest offering, "You Don't Mess With the Zohan", will need those loyal fans to come through again, considering how many reviews so far are negative. (It's probably not encouraging that some critics are citing the peformance of Mariah Carey - who flopped spectacularly in "Glitter" - as a highlight.)
"Zohan" features the 41-year-old Mr. Sandler as a Mossad agent who fakes his own death to pursue his real passion: cutting "silky smooth" hair. The film features Emmanuelle Chiriqui (from HBO's "Entourage") as a pretty Palestinian salon owner. It's co-written by old Sandler pals Judd Apatow and Robert Smigel.
Here's a sampling of "Zohan" reviews: The Wall Street Journal's Joe Morgenstern says the film is "as messy as comedies come - an inspired, hilarious mess". Chicago Tribune: "This Israeli-on-Arab version of Shampoo is terrible in many ways, and shoddy in every way that has to do with filmmaking." Entertainment Weekly: Lisa Schwarzbaum says Mr. Sandler is "a menschy charmer, all the more so for being so casually, confidently post-political about the role; it's a sexy, adult look for the guy," but the film is "a muck of lessons about shalom as bland as any underseasoned bowl of chickpea dip."
Variety: Although the film's treatment of the Israeli and Palestinian conflict might normally court controversy, Zohan itself is just "too silly to justify genuine anger". New York Times: A.O. Scott, however, gets a kick out of "the finest post-Zionist action-hairdressing sex comedy I have ever seen," and calls Sandler's Zohan "a less anguished version of the character played by Eric Bana in Munich".
